Fee Refund Policy

1 Application Processing Fee

The standard online application processing fee (₹500) covers administrative scrutiny, verification of candidate eligibility documents, and server processing.

Non-Refundable Clause: The application processing fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances once the application has been submitted and generated, regardless of admission outcome or candidate withdrawal.

2 Tuition Fee Refund (Seat Cancellation & Withdrawal)

Following formal admission and seat allotment, requests for cancellation of admission and refund of academic tuition fees are processed in strict accordance with statutory regulatory directives, university affiliating regulations, and institutional refund schedules as officially notified for the academic session.

Candidates seeking cancellation must submit a formal written application addressed to the Principal along with original admission receipts. Approved refunds are disbursed via direct bank transfer to the candidate's verified bank account after applicable administrative deductions.

3 Duplicate & Erroneous Payment Reconciliation

In the event of network disruption, session timeout, or technical anomaly resulting in duplicate debit during checkout:

• Automated payment reconciliation runs daily to verify multiple debits against a single application order.
• Verified duplicate payments are automatically refunded to the original payment source (card, bank account, or UPI) through the payment gateway within 5 to 7 working banking days.
• If a duplicate charge is not automatically credited within 7 business days, candidates may email transaction details (Application Number, Transaction Reference ID, Date, Amount) to principal.dsrc@gmail.com for immediate manual ledger reconciliation.
